Is there a way to accomplish what this module does for D6, but for D7?

Looking at linking profile information (from Profile2 or other similar module) into signups.

Anyone tried running the existing code through Coder Upgrade to try to get us to a 1st rough patch?

From my understanding Profile has been depreciated, hence why you have to use Profile2 or perhaps something else.

I don't know if Profile2 works similarly to Profile in this regard.

I haven't received any responses from Profile2 or Signup people, making me believe that this will have to be done by those who want it, not by current maintainers.
