Milestone release that adds options to exclude certain view modes from being generated. Added exclusions on a domain level basis and exclusions on a entity view mode basis.
For example, you can prevent the view mode from "Domain a", so that "Full (Domain a)", "Teaser (Domain a)" are not created while "Full (Domain b)", etc are. Or you can choose to prevent the view mode from having any overrides. For example, excluding "Token (Domain a)", "Token (Domain b)", etc, from being generated.
Also, node rebuilding is also an optional setting now.
