Reply w/in Shout

One of the things I find non-intuitive is that in order to reply to a shout, you need to go a person's profile page to post a new shout. Ideally, if someone shouted at me, I could click a "reply" and it would become a threaded message chain that would show on both of our shoutboxes.

Many of my users simply reply to shouts on their own shoutbox rather then clicking on my profile to respond... so I never know they shouted me back.
