Under Administer > Revisions to Mass Delete
No clues there

Revisions Deletion is listed with a link to Configure Permissions which takes you to access control

So where do i select the age of revisions before being deleted etc. I have obviously missed something

Wow, sorry. When I updated/reconfigured some stuff for 5.x, I missed adding the menu callback to render the admin form. The function is there, but not the menu item. I will get it in ASAP.

This has been corrected in the other issue. This patch has been committed. Added a few other clean up items as well. http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=71940.
