Reading through the thread here http://drupal.org/node/1252126 on exporting commerce taxes I discovered your module. In comment 9 you mention that the fix for properly exporting taxes will require recreating your Commerce Canadian Taxes module. Has this happened? I ask because I'm in need just this sort of thing and am motivated to help with the recreation if it is still required.

Yes, this module is now fully functional, and the necessary changes to Commerce Features and Drupal Commerce have been made.
