Issue Summary
On the add content screen there are a lot of total control panes.
It would be nice if we could organize them better, perhaps by better pane title names. For example:
Admin - Menus
Admin - Taxonomy
Admin - Panel Panes
Admin - NodeQueues
Overview - Content
Overview - Users
Overview - Content & Users
Moderation - My 'Draft' content
Moderation - All 'Needs review' content

New pane names and consistent admin titles committed to 7.2 and 6.2 branch.
