Answers are appearing without any context in the activity stream. While it is amusing and may drive people to click on the funny answers, I think we probably ought to display the question too. Thoughts?

Updated: Additionally, the individual questions currently aren't appearing in the stream when they are added.

We set answer group membership to match the question when the *question* is updated, but not when the answer is first created. This patch corrects this in my testing.
