This is just a reminder to get back the rules components permission to specific roles as soon as #1217128: limiting Rules components to specific permissions gets commited to get role permission support back in VBO.

Thank you for your work on this, Pedro.
I have tested the Rules patch together with VBO, and it works, so at this point we are only waiting for fago.
