I have built a role based discount that applies to a single role ( 4|Certified Trainers) to provide a 40% discount when the cart value is $200 or more. This discounts is showing up in carts created by anonymous users when the value reaches $200.

When the user is logged in and does not have that role, the discount does not show up. When the logged in user has that role, it does.

No other role based discounts show up for anonymous users, only the one for that particular role. I have deleted and recreated the discount record from scratch and the problem persists.
