The pane that appears in view cart only allows entry of country, province and postcode.
The function uc_canadapost_quote aborts if empty(destination['city']) which it will always be as there is no way of entering it. I removed that test and I am now getting quotes intermittently ( I have the same problem others have raised in that I only get a quote maybe 2 times in every 10 tries).
