ROADMAP before it can be called stable
* Refactor to use filefield again, *not* a custom field.
* Rename module back to pdf_to_imagefield to avoid confusion. There won't be an upgrade path from 6 to 7, but that's pretty trivial.
* Document & test dependencies
* Check imagemagick actually works, add a hook_requirements (bring from D6 version)

* Bring the demo self-configuring feature submodule forwards from D6
