Using Ubercart, creating or editing products or adding a blank line from the admin area causes all products to duplicate. And the shipping lookup was non functional on this page.

The site theme is SKY
Changing the Admin theme to something other than SKY fixed the problem (using Marvin for admin edits)

I discovered it was related to SKY when searching in the Ubercart forums and finding this post:

Has anyone else experienced this or have a real fix for it?

I'm not really providing strong support for Sky D6 these days, I understand you want to use Ubercart D6 etc but you can always use an admin theme such as Seven (there is a D6 version).

Bascially its a time constraint, I barely have time to support all D7 themes and modules.
