Issue Summary
I have some nodes where no embed code has been entered -- in other words the field is empty.
However, while the embed, value, etc columns in the DB are correctly NULL, the status column shows a 1.
Surely this is incorrect behaviour, as it would mean Views filtering would give bad results.
