When I choose Always option for content types, I get the following error:

Please correct these errors:

* Error: undefined or obsolete parameter 'themepath', please correct or remove this parameter

Please help me to fix this error.

I am guessing you are using beta 10 (which needs some changes) - try using beta 9 instead
