Release notes

Here it is the first official release 1.0!

I finally had time to sit down and figure out how to set the from and reply-to fields for mail messages and associate internal messages to sender user accounts for sending methods like privatemsg.

There have been quite a few configuration options added as well. Hutch got the ball rolling with a few label configurations and it just snowballed from there. I couldn't help myself, and I feel that the user interface is now very flexible:

  • configure which fields appear in the node reply form.
  • configure all labels and descriptions for form fields.
  • control how the user account is reference with respect to the email field (from, reply-to)
  • configure node reply form container ( title, description, collapsible, no containter, etc)
  • configure default values for subject and message footer.

Also new node-reply tokens have been added that may be used within the footer that gets included in the message.

Here is a list of the issues committed:
#1393574: apostrophe encoding
#1392262: Email field is not actually being used as reply-to address
#1393360: Improperly passing an array to token_replace_multiple
