My understanding was that if we add multiple lists, the module will automatically combine the forms into a single form with checkboxes for each list to subscribe to.
We have 3 lists and it's listing all three on subscribe page with one submit button. And requiring users to enter same data 3 times before accepting.

This works as designed since MailChimp lists can have different fields. If you need to have users enter one form to submit to multiple lists, there's a way to do this through MailChimp.
