I am getting this error too, using the dev version once a flexifilter-created filter is enabled for an input format. Once I disable the filter, everything is fine. With the dev version, enabling the filter causes this error on every page, including admin pages:

flexifilter.components.inc on line 502

BTW, could non-latin content have anything to do with this? (Arabic, in my case)
