When I try to look at the page (I used the Starter kit and updated everything manually) in Chrome the main menu is placed below the logo and site name.
Also the webfonts isn't working on anything but normal text, on everything else it seems to default to Times New Roman. Doesn't work on Site Name, Node titles, navigation (1,2,3 Next, Last) and there might be more. Also the fonts looks butt ugly, sort of like it's 1 size smaller and then just magnified to normal size.
Works perfectly in Firefox and IE. This bug might just be Sooperfish FontKit and not the theme..
I also don't find the theme in ../admin/appearance/settings/touchpro#overlay-context=&overlay=admin/reports/updates/update so since it's TouchPro 7.x-beta1 I have no idea if it works on newer versions.
Another annoying thing is that some module created pages seems to be opaque, or more corerctly, there's no background like on all other nodes and modules.. Is there anyway to force the background onto everything, including the navigation (1,2,3 Next, Last) for example.
EDIT:
Just noticed that for example on: Home » Administration » Appearance » Settings » Appearance The last Appearance is also in Times New Roman

jurriaanroelofs commentedSounds like the file system isn't working.
It's difficult for me to tell whats going on because so many people have different reasons for failure the subsystems of the base themes.
I think I'm going to build in some kind of debugger to make the base theme less of a blackbox.
