Hey Lads,
Great to see the release notes of the features you have included in the new updates. Thanks for all the hard work you have put into this over the last while.
In updating to the new version, it broke my current site, and as a result I deleted and went to re-install.
Upon uploading the files to the server, when I go to start the installation process, I get the following:
"PDOException: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'xxxxxxxxx'@'xxxxxxxx' (using password: YES) in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /home/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxx/includes/lock.inc)."
I have deleted both the files and databases and set them back up again, but keep getting the same issue.

Abilnet commentedNot absolutely sure if this is related, but I ended up to dead MySQL -server after updating the latest version of Open Deals two days ago. More info.

yannisc commentedMalahide, this error means that you input wrong db, username or password.
I just tried installing beta7 on my local MAMP server and everything is ok.
Abilnet, as far as I know, no db or script can harm your MySQL server in the way you describe.

Abilnet commentedYou're right. Everything just happened in the same time... when looking at a mirror, I can see what was the problem.

malahide commentedApologies, I've gone through it again, and all working now. There was a punctuation where it shouldn't have been in username.
Thanks for getting back so quick.
Keep up the great work guys
