Default values for the "filter by" section of the translation jobs

Hi,
in most of the cases someone starts the overview of translation tasks to see it's own jobs, so it would be useful to have the possiblity to configure or to have better default values for the filter, maybe ...

translator => logged in user if it is a translator, otherwise "All" is ok
status => not done
