Hi

Domain site settings .
admin/build/domain/conf/x

shows nothing to the user
as admin user with permission administer domain this settings are editable.

I would like users to be bale to edit their own site setings
Is this possible?

Domain Access does not have an "administer own domains" permission.

Please refile this to the proper issue queue and reopen.
