#271057: Pager is being clipped off in views and panels can also be removed from the list, as per http://drupal.org/node/271057#comment-5666200.

Ref. #237819 (IE7) and #266326 (IE6) in the above list.
I suggest removing support for at least IE6, but also not let remaining issue related to IE7 block a stable release.
