Any ideas how to make functionality as in Nokia pages: When you click on a phone it opens block/window where is detailed information.

More than one solution. If I wanted that I would use Views Accordion module. Of course you will have to do the styling, and maybe adapt the javascript.

I tryed Views Accordion module - very nice. But how to make exactly like in Nokia pages - button which opens info?
So button should be top of the block (views block).

You need to learn javascript and css or get someone to help you with it, if necessary post a request on paid services, it should not be a big job. Not really my thing, and not really a Drupal-specific issue, though who knows, you might might get help here on drupal.org in the module development forum. Sorry not to be able to give a real answer!
