Hi, i am a themer and i need to make a poll if you could help me here that would be awsome, this is it: how much average time did we need to create a theme given a picture with the design (not vector). I know it depends on the complexity, assume a not to hard but above the normal .....

for a standard site with one or two node type. I start first by converting layout into html &css and by converting html into template file.
