Move 7.x dev code into GIT

Hello, highermath. There was a delay on my end. I hope to have the D7 dev code posted by tomorrow afternoon.

The Drupal 7 dev code has been moved into GIT. However, dev versions of modules are only packaged every 12 hours or so. As a result, the code probably won't be available to download until after midnight tonight.

Although the Drupal 7 dev code is now available, please don't download it yet. There was a problem during the upload process. I will push a fresh copy of the code this morning and hopefully, it will be packaged and ready to go by this afternoon. Sorry about the delay.

As you can see, the Drupal 7 dev version of the module is now ready to download. The basic D6 functionality should all be there: the ability to configure the module and map XML elements to specific fields (including taxonomy term fields); and have event nodes automatically be created and updated (based on the Evanced EXML feed) every time cron is run. However, there's still a lot more testing that needs to be done. I'm sure there are bugs yet to be discovered.
