I've double-triple checked that the module is enabled, and I'm logged in as the Administrator, yet don't see any link on the admin/structure page. I looked up the url in the module.info file and navigated directly to /admin/structure/computed_field_recompute -- but nothing appears except the admin/structure page.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend you to clean caches if you haven't done it yet - and try again.
