Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'commerce_extra_quantity_quantity

I'm getting this problem exclusively together with this module: http://drupal.org/project/dc_cart_ajax

Looks like there is some kind of conflict. Could you have a look please. I think this is important because these two modules goes so well together! Also in combination with the other ajax add to cart module, it feels really smooth, responsive and professional.

Would love a patch for this issue.
