It would be nice to have a more explicative label than : "You cannot make any translation"

It would be good to know why .... ==> add some explanations in the label

Same for :
* You can make suggestions.
* ...

"You are not a member of translation team for !language, so cannot make any translation or suggestions."
"You are a member of translation team for !language. You can suggest translations."
"You can accept suggestions and define the real translation for all strings."
?
