kzeng - December 12, 2004 - 11:55

The readme.txt and intall files contain nothing about how to use the filter. Could anybody give me some help? Thanks!

Hi,
Hope you have copied the module to the modules directory.
Now go to administer -> modules and enable the csv module
Then go to administer -> input formats and enable csv module
Also setup the order of the filters, so that csv is at the top.

I've installed the CSV

TheFazz - February 15, 2005 - 01:12

I've installed the CSV Filter for Drupal 4.5. I manage to get the CSV filter to work in its basic format - using just the CSV tags without any properties.

I would like to learn more how do I use the properties of the CSV tags, but cannot for the life of me find anything on this website - I searched "CSV filter" but got nothing helpful and I gave up going thru the search results after page 3.

Was just wondering whether anybody has the documentation snucked up somewhere, so I can borrow.

Cheers
Fazz

I have been doing some trial

TheFazz - February 15, 2005 - 03:50

I have been doing some trial and error and I am buggered if I can't find a way to properly set the table headers in the proper header row. Instead the header row is just a blank space in one cell.

my trial and error work can be found here:

Sorry, the number of people who use the cvs module is probably rather small. Try registering a support request, maybe the author will help you.

If you have troubles with a particular contrib project, please consider filing a support request. Thanks. And, by the way, Drupal 4.5 does not work with PHP 5.

alright, I've done so.
