allow modules to alter mailer replacements [#1424478]

I would like to allow modules to alter mailer defaults ($replacements) to support additional modules (not just realname).

The above patch is relative to the wrong path, I believe. This one should be relative to the user_relationships module root.

This is a more useful version of the patch, adding the relationship variable to the hook_alter.
