Add multi-select area for batch deleting/editing. Add edit functionality to definitions. See attached image.

These features would also give the ability to batch disable/enable and the ability to edit only specific options that need be changed as needed.

I suppose I should also be asking that as well as the edit feature could you also implement the ability to select specific options and enable/disable as needed and add that to the batch actions menu as well as being able to select enable/disable on the definitions page as opposed to having to enter the add(or edit) definitions page.

I'm trying to come up with as many scenarios as possible so that this works well for both large and small scale.

Sorry for the delayed response, I thought that this project was a member of my 'always notify' notification group but it must have slipped through the cracks.

This is a good idea, tagging for initial stable release (6.x-1.0) blocker.
