Hi,

Please suggest me how much effort will it take to convert website like www.consumer-court.in to Drupal.

Please suggest it is possible or not to develop dynamic type of website by Drupal

Its easy to make site like consumer-court.in in Drupal.

Basic knowledge of Drupal is required.

It is possible though it will require understanding how the existing sites data is organized and determining how to import it into Drupal.

It seems this site www.consumer-court.in built using PHP. These features can be easily created using Drupal, also site theme is simple so theming effort would be less. Second important point is to migrate the old system data to the drupal one. For that you would require some mapping between both the systems and based on that you can write php script to import data from existing application to the Drupal one. Hope this will help. you can easily make site like www.consumer-court.in in drupal. You just need proper understanding of CCK and view at time of startup. I recommend to use Drupal 7 for this.

Yes it is easy to make a site like this but u need to learn the basics of drupal first..
