Release notes

First release towards having a stable 7.x-3.x version to be installed on Drupal 7 sites with Domain Access 7.x-3.x enabled. Be warned that so far this has been tested mostly by people who have taken part in creating 7.x branch and the upgrade path from 7.x-2.x.

Please report any issues in the issue queue under 7.x-3.0-alpha1
