I'm using CustomError module to provide a blank 403 page simply by putting a single space in both the Title and Body of the CustomError 403 settings. If I make these fields blank however, then I'm provided with the Drupal default 403 page. My concern is that having a space in the fields could easily be accidentally "corrected" to an empty field somewhere down the line, causing the sites default errors to come back.

I do not see a need to provide support for a blank 403 page beyond the current implementation (which work is you but a space character in these fields).
