Node list ad insertion - inserts more ad blocks than adsense module allows (should use adsense module's counter)

Issue Summary

In taxonomy lists Adsense are places as often as teasers of nodes are displayed e.g. 7 times. This is more than Google allows to display on one page.
The excessive ads are suppressed by Google but perhpaps Google gives these pages or the complete site a penalty for displaying too much ads.

Another point is that I want to place a different ad on the top of the taxonomy list as on the rest of the page. Could this be done?
