I run
drush make --prepare-install martplug-build.make martplug
from public_html directory.

All ok drush messages, but at end I get the following error:
Unable to download jquery_cycle from https://raw.github.com/malsup/cycle/master/jquery.cycle.all.js. [error]

The problem is that this URL to download jQuery Cycle is no longer available. We should change the make file to point to a working URL.

I've committed a fix to change the URL of Cycle to a working one. Building MartPlug is working again.

It's necessary 'Remove sample content' from dashboard and then 'Enable sample content'.
