This is not an invoice issue. The line item view somehow was messed up after the upgrade and now I don't see the indicated figures in the Line Items view of the order (the invoice module depends on this).

This must be related to the upgrade from Drupal 7.10 to 7.12, not to the upgrade from commerce 1.1 to 1.2. I only did that, upgrade from Drupal and gone were the line item figures from my orders.

I reverted back to what I have in the production site and even without any upgrade it is there. So it seems to be just a bug that I did not notice before. Can somebody confirm this?

I have no clue what you mean. Screenshot perhaps? If you're talking about the customer's order view screen, prices are appearing there just fine for me. Ensure you're on the latest version of Views perhaps?
