Allow users, with the right permission, to set a link to their own personal homepage.

Would there be a way to skip URL validation to accomplish this? I have manually added some links for websites which works as long as the domain is provided. Would be great if validation can be skipped so any URL can be used for personale websites etc.

EDIT: removing some lines from the follow.inc file does the trick.
