I just came across this module by accident but quickly saw the potential for it.

"Workflow registration" has been Agaric's biggest Drupal wish since almost day one. Why everybody who might ever want a social networking site not beat a path to your door when you released, I don't know, but I'll try hard to make sure people do for 5 and 6!
Background: Agaric wants registration flow: let people register or log in while posting content.

amanuel CreditAttribution: amanuel commentedHere is a Lazyreg for Drupal 5.x I've been meaning to post this for months now....
Let me know if anyone finds any problems with the patch.
I'll do v. 6.x next...it will be a while before I get to it.
Cheers.

Here's are the parts that work, and hopefully I'll get the module file to a decent point today. Benjamin Melançon has been helping me; our progress is on drupalbin.

ManyNancy CreditAttribution: ManyNancy commentedHello, what is the progress on this?
mitchell CreditAttribution: mitchell commented@Minqensan: No progress on my end; I'm a terrible coder, unfortunately. This would be the first issue I'd work on if I was any good at programming. If anyone has time to work on this and would like an assistant, I'm there!
My goal was to solve #271582: Allow anonymous users to flag content with this issue, but Session API seems like it's surging ahead of this module right now.

ilo CreditAttribution: ilo commentedI'll take the issue for D5 and D6 branches with current functionality. Just let me some time to update myself

ilo CreditAttribution: ilo commentedUpdate..
I've finished with some clean ups in the D5 code. It's in the cvs since I started with this, but didn't want to publish yet. Today I did the last commit for now, and now it's time to do some tests on it. Currently, the email notification is not sent, so don't expect to work untill we fix this issue.
D6 deserves more love, but I will try to do D5 and D6 development so I can get a final D6 version really soon.

Summit CreditAttribution: Summit commentedGreat you are working on this. Would love to see a D6 version :)
Would it with this module then also be possible to login only with a registration-number, that would be great!
Thanks for building this also on D6 and greetings, Martijn
Comment #19
ilo CreditAttribution: ilo commentedSummit, would you please open a new issue for this, being a little bit more clear about what do you expect? This thread is going to be closed once the D6 branch gets published.

PieterDCPatches are - as far as I know - committed into dev versions, see: http://drupal.org/node/124401/release
Please create a new issue with a more concrete description if you want to help with those versions.
