I received an email from AMAZON stating that we need to upgrade the WSDL prior to FEBRUARY 12, 2012, but I'm not sure where I would do that w/the AMAZON API module.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for asking - The latest versions for both D6 and D7 already use the current WSDL.
