Operation time out for certain feeds [#142634]

First, thanks for the good work

Working on localhost, MySQL 4.1.9, PHP 4.3.10

I installed the module as per instructions and created two feeds which worked well except the known yahoo common error.

However, I haven't been able to create a type of feeds at all. I keep getting the following error:

Error while checking URL: 28, Operation timed out with 43489 out of 98393 bytes received

I tried few other feeds of same above type and all gave same error

The above mentioned feeds worked well on my production site without any problem. This module is great, thank you !
