I added another pattern to mailcomment_extras.module to match the e-mail client that I am using, but that is a losing battle. More useful, IMHO, is to strip sig dashes and anything that follows. See the attached patch.

benjifisherI found this functionality in the mailhandler config page (for example, /admin/content/mailhandler/edit/3). The problem is that if you enable it there, then the parts of the message that mailcomment needs are stripped, at least if the e-mail has the reply at the top, quoted text at the bottom.
I almost closed this issue until I tested and found the problem.
