I need to connect to a vendors .xml webservice. They have provided sample code and a sample .xml to make the request. They have also provided documentation for the implementation. I have direct access to the vendors technical staff to answer any questions. The drupal user name of the current user needs to be inserted into the .xml, RSA encrypted and sent. I can provide documentation upon request.
