If I add a link to a node and the page title is "Now & Then" the &-sign is replace by %26 and my link is invalid.
Can you please fix this? Every link is dead with the &-sign.

at first: "can you please fix this" is maybe kind of the wrong way of thinking/asking. This is community driven software, so feel free to provide a patch or talk to others on IRC, etc., to cooperate on helping to make the module better, or explain what you wanna do and what YOU can do for it or why you can't do it,
but ...

at second: to come to the issue itself, at the first part you talk about the title and at the second part you talk about the "link is broken". The link is the URL and can't be broken from changes on the title, if you think that the title has changed. So the issue description is kind of contradictory, while this ISN'T a major bug anyway.
