Hi, I was running 6.x-2.x-dev with the patch http://drupal.org/files/issues/quicktabs_ctools-exportable_572880.patch for exportables. On upgrading to 6.x-3.1 and doing a drush updb I now have no quicktabs in the quicktabs table and 2 out of the 3 quicktabs instances at admin/build/quicktabs have disappeared.

The quicktabs 2.x-3.x conversion is not 100% seamless and requires a backup (as documented on the project page).
