I'm on Firefox 9.0.1. I installed this admin menu on my Drupal 7 installation. It was there one minute, then gone the next! All I did was go to the modules page. Now the toolbar is missing from every page!

UPDATE: I believe the toolbar has a fixed position issue. It's at the very top but when I scroll the page, it doesn't stay put.

Thanks! I had two hard returns at the bottom of my template.php. Removing them did the trick!
