Complete the 'reloaded refresh' utility module

Currently, if an item is deleted in CONTENTdm, the corresponding Drupal node breaks, since Drupal cannot retrieve the item's images/movie, etc. The Reloaded Refresh module will allow for an item's Drupal node to be regenerated using the metadata from a that has been deleted in CONTENTdm and then reloaded, _provided_ that the item's collection has a field that contains a unique value for the items, such as Dublin Core identifier.
