Call to undefined function i18n_node_translation_link() in /sites/all/modules/i18n_access/i18n_access.module on line 256

I'm getting this error when I try to translate a node.
I've found that the function i18n_node_translation_link() is in the i18n_node module part of i18n, both of which are installed and enabled (see below)

Any suggestions as to why this may be broken?
