Problems Create Calendar from Date Field on Ubercart

Issue Summary

I'm trying to create a calendar view for a date field I added to Ubercart orders, but I always get the error: 'calendar_plugin_style: The calendar row plugin is required when using the calendar style but it is missing.'. Also, Under Format > Show: the only choice I got is Fields, there is no Calendar Items, etc.

Format
Format: Calendar | Settings
Show: Fields | Settings

I have tried the same thing for Content: Post date with the same results. I found something like this http://drupal.org/node/1271646.

I do not know if this is a problem with the module or if there is something that I did not find in the documentation that explains addtional programming around integration, etc. that needs to be done to make it work.

I am not adverse to doing work on my end, but need some direction.
