Can't share a video or audio file link using add this

Hello Drupal Community,

I have a site in 6x with addthis installed to allow share photos (each image is a node) to facebook, twitter, or email. I have recently added video and audio content types. The video is in the form of embedded youtube files, the audio content is stored natively within my site. I am unable to share either of these content types using the existing (and to date successful) addthis sharing.

Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated. perhaps there is another, better way to allow my users to share their content outside of the site to other social networks. Open to any suggestions and input.
